Consultant managing step change improvement projects utilising world class statistical and quality improvement methodology.
She has coached and trained professionals “shop floor to boardroom” to “Blackbelt” & “Greenbelt” standard using the Air Academy Associates “Keep it Simple Statistically” approach, facilitating significant ROI on the training investment to the businesses involved.

Latterly, Danuta has expanded into the “Design for Six Sigma” proficiencies of the Product Design sector, teaching the Identify, Design, Optimise, Validate strategy for getting better products to market faster and at lower cost, both in initial design & re-design.

Graduating as a Mechanical Engineer, Danuta has over 15 years experience of Manufacturing Management & Project Management roles within FMCG and the Consumer Electronics Industry. There she demonstrated the success of the Lean Sigma approach and became a Practitioner within the Sony Corporation, before working independently.

Graduating as a Production Engineer Antoni has direct experience in the heavy electrical engineering industry, in brewing and all forms of food processing. In these industries he worked in a senior management position, raising and handling multi-million pound budgets and investment projects. He is CIMA trained and utilises his Management Accounting knowledge in his Consultancy role in identifying Lean Sigma business opportunities.

As a Consultant he has since worked independently with applications as diverse as a cultural change programme within Aerospace, Performance Improvement in the Plastics industry and most recently with a firm of Professional Project Engineers. He has applied Lean Sigma methodologies in industry to help make better decisions at the point of investment and to design better Management processes and systems with and for his clients.
